      Hello! I would like to buy Premium subscription. For some reason the service says that my card is not accepted. Please, help me buy the subscription as I need it very urgently.

        @Aurana Hi, which provider did you try (Fastspring in browser, Google Play or AppStore on mobile)?

          @Ondřej-Šutera fastpring and google play, i have a visa card from Kirgistan.

            @Aurana Unfortunately, I cannot help you with this. If these providers are blocking your card for some reasons, I would recommend contacting your bank first.
