Dark mode is activated in my device settings. I did not find any dark mode in the app settings.
But I found customize colour scale, but I am unshure how and what to do.Ritter

Customizing the colour scales has nothing to do with dark mode. This feature just change the colour scales of the different layers (wind, rain, temperature…) -

@octoposer i agree the update is terrible. I just paid last weekend and wish I didn't ..it definitely a step backwards. I referred the old option for cloud coverage and heavy rain map with the option for flashing lightning with the vibration

It would be nice to have the option of having the old version. I agree with others, its clunky, skips all over the place by accidental touches alone. Every time I hit the pin button the search bar comes up. Why not put it on top. I used windy for free long time. Then figured I should pay cause I use it so much. Not really too interested in renewing my subscription again. Why fix something that isn't broke? New and improved oh boy. Windows is the same way. Add all this new stuff and take out things that work. Why not make a UI that is customizable? Kinda like bud lite had a brilliant new idea. We all know how that went over.

@In2deep HI there, do you mean the new desktop version? Unfortunately, this is not possible, but you can pin your favorite layers to your selection on the homepage and also these pinned layers will be saved on the top in the menu.

go back to the old line of symbols in a prechosen line on the maps, its irritating to have to check the menu on pc each time i want to change patterns, and the round images that has come instead of the symbols do cover more of the mapspace...this is a stupid solution...
reminds me of earthschools big jump to have a large menu that covered 1/5 of the screen, they made a choose button so now we might shift between small medium and large
give us the opportunity to choose and pick from the menu to line up symbols permanently at the map screen...
i might use ventusky or earthschool more after this downsizing of quality experiment done by windy et.co.

This desktop update is total garbage. Do you have coders also working as UI designers? Listen folks: you had a great service with a ton of revenue potential. What you did to the interface this time is bringing that to an end, and fast.
Roll it back or lose your business.
Listen to you customers.
