How can I change the top layer back to smaller settings?

My top layers got increased in size (iMac) and I can see where to get it back to a regular size. This size is not workable.

@James-Van-Fleet-2 May I ask which browser do you use? Can you please try to test this in an anonymous window? It looks like your browser is zoomed in.
