Can't access 10 day METEOGRAM on premium

I recently purchased a premium subscription so I could access the 10 day METEOGRAM forecast, however the red box that allows me to extend the 4 day forecast to 10 days is not appearing for me and I can't work out how to show 10 days. I've attached a screenshot below of what I can see!

@charles-bullard where exactly you are trying to access these data? Can you provide the whole screenshot?
