I'm trying to cancel my premium account, but is not clear how can i do this, and the google play don't show any option about it

Hi @Matheus-Link, if you want to cancel your subscription, purchased via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link https://windy.onfastspring.com/account
According to cancellation in Google Play, this article from Google should help you to handle this.

@Matheus-Link We use Google Play for this type of purchases, so you need to find this option in their app. Unfortunately, I cannot handle this for you. Do you still use mat**********03@gmail.com?

I would like to cancel my Premium because I am still unable to connect it to my windy app. I purchased premium before I registered or created an account with Windy. I always get a doesn’t recognise any purchases box whenever I try to access windy premium. A very unusable and unworkable exercise. Good-luck on trying to get your money back as from the above administrator comment it seems that they will make it as complicated as they can. -

@steven-looney Hello, your Premium is linked to the account, which you use here on desktop, you have Premium badge next to your profile. You need to use the same account when logging on mobile.
