Premium subscription not working

I paid for the premium subscription within the app. However, I cannot use Premium features in the app nor on the web. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and that did not correct the situation.

@tcrouch Hi, I checked your purchase and you already paid once, so it is okay already, but you need to assign your Premium to your account.
Please follow these steps in your account:- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices. If you meet any errors, please share them with us.
