premium not working

signed up for premium a year ago, noticed itunes still signed up as subscription with automatic payments, i have never been able to log on as premium. this is a horrible system that one pays for but cannot get help for very easily. as a pilot this ranks up there with the US FAA.. should not be this hard...

@twopoint Can you please try to handle this process on your iOS device and let me know about the result?
- Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account
- Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.”
This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices or it will help us to find the issue if there is any.
