FastSpring purchase - no order reference for restore

I purchased Windy premium using web site, through FastSpring. I have transaction confirmation in my paypal account, but no email from FastSpring with order reference. Needless to say, my account didn’t switch to premium. What do I need to do now ?

@Ondřej-Šutera Thank you for replying. I got PayPal refund in the meantime and will go with apple purchase instead so this issue isn’t important anymore.
