Currently system is over the countries of Mali, Senegal, Guinea, Ivory,  Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Niger, and Maurtania. Both the Euro model and the GFS think this tropical system could form into a tropical depression or hurricane. I myself think this tropical system is more likely to become a Hurricane because of the warm water temperatures, so I believe EURO model is right.<br />
25% = TD  50% = TS  75% = Hurricane  100% = Major Hurricane</p>
