The tropical wave that could become a hurricane is expected To come off the coast of Africa later tonight or tomorrow. Currently system is over the countries of Mali, Senegal, Guinea, Ivory, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Niger, and Maurtania. Both the Euro model and the GFS think this tropical system could form into a tropical depression or hurricane. I myself think this tropical system is more likely to become a Hurricane because of the warm water temperatures, so I believe EURO model is right.
      25% = TD 50% = TS 75% = Hurricane 100% = Major Hurricane

      EURO 75%
