Can't even restore Windy premium.

Hello,

I bought premium access two hours ago. I paid by credit card. the money went out of the account but there was some error loading Windy honor and I still don't have a premium account.
I didn't even receive a confirmation email about the payment. Can't even restore Windy premium.
Please help

@Bwduard Can you please let us know on which device did you try to purchase this? Also which email was used for the purchase (in case of Google Play or AppStore on mobile devices, which email do you use on these platforms)?

Dobrý den, to bude problém. Nedostal jsem žádný mail a tudíž nemám číslo objednávky z FastSpring. Bohužel.
Kdyby mi to nestrhlo peníze z účtu, tak neotravuji. Nezlobte se.
