The weather picker is gone. Used to be able to tap the screen and have a flag in a location, like on a cape I intend to boat around. I could then scroll the timeline and see the forecast winds at that location in a continuous and linear way. To me, this was the best thing about windy. Now it is gone and there are cross hairs that appear and disappear. The wind readout is dislocated and discontinuous. Overnight, this app went from being superbly functional to being disjointed and superbly annoying to use.
On the upside, at least now I get interupted every 5 seconds with a prompt to upgrade to premium. Yay.
