Double Billing (Fastspring/Paypal)

Hi,
The customer journey on getting an annual subs to premium seems a bit wonky:
I went through it twice, not once was I greeted by an "okidoki" once redirected back to windy.com (though there where some GET variables in the url that could have suggested so, seems they weren't used)
I thought it didn't work until I saw the e-mails arrive.
I activated the second one using the ref ID, but I'd still like to get the fisrt one cancelled and reimbursed
(Fastspring doesn't seem to send out the instructions page neither 🤷🏻♂️)
