paid yearly subscription and cant use it

Hello, I havnt found any other way to contact you privately. I paid a yearly subscription through paypal and cant use the supposed added features.

I have the exact same issue, paid almost a year ago and have never been able to get a hold of someone. Realized I am going to be charged again on my apple account for another year. made a complaint last week but this system is so clunky I cant find that post to see if anyone from windy has responded. How in the hell has this organization survived being so horrible in customer care. Yes we are the customers paying for a service... Take the money and run..

@dog-0 I can’t use this and after paying my yearly fee I don’t see any difference. Also why does it turn off the curser every time I hit play? Not happy at all. Going to find a different app.
