Menu Inaccessible Following Addition of Favorites

Hi, everyone,

Following the latest update, I opted to add favorites but can't scroll down the menu since.
I tried on my browser and uninstalled-reinstalled the app, but the menu still does not appear. This problem only appears on iOS and does not affect my computer access.

Any ideas on how to solve that problem?
