No notifications / alerts

I don't get any notifications / alerts for my favorites, neither on my phone nor on my email (I have checked both inbox and spam).

Any advice?

Have you enabled your phone system to send notifications to Windy?
You may be not receive notifications because you defined many conditions in your alerts. As this example:

Yes, you're right. I had wrongly supposed that the logical operator is "or" but it is "and". Thank you.
