There's an old adage .. "the customer is always right"
Why? Because they pay your wages!
Your patronising copy and paste replies to people's frustrations of what you've done: ruining what used to be a useful, enjoyable, intuitive app only serve to compound annoyance.
The "only" thing I'm happy about is your timing: just "before" my subscription was about to renew. I've now (reluctantly I must say) CANCELLED.

Hi @Gh0strider35, I checked your subscription and you purchased 1-year Premium without the renewal, so it will end in December 2023. You don't have to make any further steps.
