Windy says nothing but just shows the temperature forecast by weather models.<br />
The default model shows lower temperature because your location is on the sea shore. Local temperature is interpolated (averaged) between points on the land and on the sea.<br />
If you click on Reported temperature you get the local weather stations observation. And if you choose Meteoblue as weather model in the point forecast, you see it match quite well, because this model doesn’t rely on interpolation of gridded values but on a precise location on the land.</p>
