Why does the picker disappear?

Before the picker would stay there so you could see the temperature change or whatever you are looking at. But now it disappears after 10 seconds. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

@Matuko same problem here. The app suddently became less powerful... I prefer the marker to tell me at the location the measure i am trying to read.

I had the same "issue" which basically can be set to "always on". The default settings seems to be "9 seconds".
Open the Setup menu and there you find below the physical settings the "Autoclose weather picker" setup. Select "Always on".
