Cannot 'manage' my subscription.
-
I've tried several times over the past few weeks to 'manage' my windy subscription. I'm taken to the the onfastspring dot com page where I'm asked to enter my email , where it then claims to "An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account", yet I never get the email. And no, it's not in my spam folder. I changed my email 2 years ago here on windy. I presume that the windy email and the account management cloud you are using on onfastspring emails are not sync'd and that's probably why I am not able to continue. I really need some to look in to this for me.

Appreciate the help from the staff.....

@stsuffandwin Hi, we are sorry for not answering in this thread. We cannot handle the change of your email, used for the purchase, by the change of email on our end. So you need to access your subscription management here with email address jay@j*****y.com
If you are not able to handle this, please let me know and I can help you with that, hopefully.

@Ondřej-Šutera Thank you for the response, However, I am no longer able to access the jay@jayagey.com email address so I'll need someone on the windy staff to assist.

@stsuffandwin Okay, and how exactly I can help you? I would recommend to cancel the subscription at the end of this period, so you can purchase a new one then with the correct email address.
-
@Ondřej-Šutera You could help by reaching out to onfastspring and have them manually update my email address. That way I can manage my subscription. Like you suggested, I could also cancel my subscription and recreate a new one.... But you see the problem here? I currently cannot manage my subscription so I there is no way for me to cancel my subscription.
-
@stsuffandwin But it would be the easiest way for you and I can cancel it on our end.
-
@Ondřej-Šutera We have already connected via email... I will reply there. Thanks.

Hi, I have Windy Pro on my iphone, and can't access Windy on my computer, I also do not have an email from FastSpring to restore may purchase.

@Salty-Bill
You probably refer to an other app, with the same name and a blue logo. This app has nothing to do with Windy.com app with a red logo and a Premium service.
