About changing certified email addresses...

I changed my previous email address to my current certified email address for premium account payment.
However, when I recently paid with a premium account, I'm trying to change my certified email address back to the previously registered email address, but I can't change it because the message "Email already in use" appears.
Is it possible to change it again...?
