Grossly (10x?) overestimated precip rate on main map

Under the cursor, the rain rate is more like 0.2in/hr in reality. This is reproducible for me and consistent.

@Gabe-Schine Thank you for your post. We take these data from third party providers and we haven't had any issues with these values, however, it can happen that the real situation differs.
