      Hello,

when I press on the alert showing up in my Pixels status bar it started to lead me to a forecast in Nigeria a week ago.

I'm in Germany and haven't any alert on that place.

Now I'm a bit concerned if some Nigerian prince uses my phone number for a scam. Has someone experienced the same thing?

@bjoern-0 yep, same here on my Samsung a33. Looks like a bug of the widget
Reinstalling the app did not help

@bjoern-0 same issue here with the new app version. Every day, I receive two different Android notifications. One is for my actual location and and the other is for my same longitude but a completely different latitude, nearer the equator.

A week ago I was on holiday in Austria when I first saw it. Selecting the 'false' notification would always give me a point roughly in the Saharan desert. Now I'm back home (UK) and it gives me a point that is -1.36° (S) and -1.36° (W). My actual longitude is 1.36W, but I'm very much in the +50°N latitudes in the UK.

Here's the 'false' notification top, and the correct notification (for my location) at the bottom:

Here's what I see when I tap the false notification. Definitely not my GPS location:

@bjoern-0 @ocorten @Martyn-French We saw more issues with this and I already forwarded this to colleagues. Thank you for your patience with the fix.

              @Ondřej-Šutera thanks for reporting it.

Here some more feedback and screenshots.

              I have 2 different notifications

              They have different designs.
The lower one points to a location somewhere in Africa, Borkou (currently I am in the south of Italy). I don't have a clue how to get rid of this.

The top one (with windy logo) is from my current location, which I activated myself in the app settings with daily mobile notification of the current location.

For the design I like bottom one better because it is already opened. I don't like the fact that in the top one I first need to open it.

Although the opened design of the top one is nicer than the bottom one.

              Here my specs:
              Samsung Galaxy A33 - Android 13 - One UI 5.1
Windy version 39.1.4 reinstalled after completely clearing the cache.
              unopened notifications
              opened notifications
              wrong location
