Nordic / Finnish Harmonie MEPS model addition

Hi,

the Finnish Meteorological Institute publishes their Harmonie MEPS model here:

For the archipelago sea, this in my experience has better forecasting than ECWMF.

I would like to suggest adding this model.

I would also love to see this added. It covers Norway, Sweden, and Finland with significantly higher precision than ECMWF, especially on short lead times.
