Can't access Premium after payment

As per title. Paid for premium, confirmed on c-card online statement. Have NO access to my premium account. Help please

@Ondřej-Šutera While I subscribed and have been charged on my credit card for Premium, I have not received any such email with an order number.
When I subscribed, I hadn't yet created an account, yet, as I was under the impression that I would be creating a premium account with my email. Upon completing "purchase" I was then asked to provide my email so that i would be sent an email "linking" to my premium account beuford23@hotmail.comI waited hours and hours for the email to arrive. It never did and so I've been chraged for the Premium account but it has not been assigned to my username OR email address.
I've seen other posts inquiring as to how someone can purchase premium prior to registering an account - its what happened to me.
Again, if this can't be fixed then I'll have to open a dispute through my credit card company.

@Beuford23 Of course we can solve this, however I need further info about the purchase? Which device did you use for the purchase and which email? I tried to find any payment with your hotmail.com email, but without a success.
