I would love to be able to see active watch and warning polygons while viewing the Radar & Satellite layer. Simple color-coded outlines (possibly with the user's choice of opacity) would be preferred over filled-in shapes with icons like that available in the Weather Warnings layer. I have attached an idea of what I had in mind.
