On weather radar when my phone vibrate due to the lighting, the lighting is on real time or is 1-5mins ago?

These are old lightning strikes. Easy to understand when looking at radar loop longer than 1 hour (with Premium) -
@idefix37 so when there is a lighting on the old strike zone (brown zone) on real time option, the lighting is on real time?, the lighting can be without rain, storm or without clouds?, or how it works?
I have seen that the radar can predict future lighting strike zone (brown zone) is that right?

If there is a new lightning over the old strike zone, it is on real time of course.
Sorry I’m not ready to explain here in 3 words how and why lighting appears. Just search in Internet what you want to know. There are plenty of articles about it, like this one:
