Curser/Target crosshairs disappear after 6 sec

The curser/target disappears after 6 seconds. This is super annoying when you are trying to see the wind direction and speed over a period of time. How do you get the curser/target crosshairs to stay? I don’t see it in the settings anywhere? Thank you all in advance.

In Settings change the display duration of crosshair
