When to fix Android device widget issues

Many more days passed and I still didn't experience the perks of being a premium, such as the cloud image widget, always a black screen and loading all the time, no matter what measures were taken, the official team didn't care?? Know that 365 days of subscription time is already wasted!!

@TritonYung Could you please provide further info about your device and SW on this device? Also can you please share the version of Windy you have now? We released this morning a new version, which should help with auto-updates of widgets as well. Can you also share any screenshots of these widgets and their settings?

@Ondřej-Šutera I didn't see the updated version on the play Store, which still shows that the latest version is the one on July 21

windy version 39.1.4 OS Android 12 
The widget won't run and keeps loading, this problem has been around for a long time and is still unresolved -
