Start rain accumulation from current time step and not beginning of a pass

Hi Windy creators!
That would be better if the rain accumulation could start from the current time step and not from the beginning of the weather model pass.

We wanna know the upcoming rain and not the one already passed

Windy uses the precipitation accumulation parameter computed by the weather model which start of course from the model update.
