Embed Code throwing error

I am attempting to embed Windy using the provided code, however am getting an error. The error I am getting is EntityRef: expecting ';'
I have also tried just using the src, and typing the iframe code by hand and I get the same error. If I replace the src link with another known site (i.e. Google) it works fine.
The error seems to be in the link, but I cannot find it.
