Radar not show clouds

7:20pm Pakistan standered time there are clouds around me like Wazirabad city Punjab
and others areas but windy did not show

What do you mean by "Windy did not show" ? I guess you mean that the model you used via Windy app did not show you the clouds. Windy don't make forecast. Did you check other models maybe more appropriated for your area ?

Or at least the Satellite view should show these clouds.

It's a bit weird that you see clouds that the satellite doesn't see them...
