About one month ago, suddenly I could not see the cloud top and cloud base data. Before if I click on a particular location, I would be able to see the height of cloud top and base, ie: Golden Gate Bridge (cloud top 1700ft or cloud base 400ft )

I am using Windows PC with Chrome browser, has anybody run into the same problem?

Thanks.

I understand that.

The problem is, even if there is cloud when I click on the location, nothing shows up. I have tried it over multiple locations, days & various weather, it is just weird.

Hi, if you didn't see cloud base data or cloud top data, it's probably because there were no clouds.
If there is no cloud, there is no cloud top or base.
