Not seeing Cloud Top & Cloud Base
-
Hi y'all, did this happen to anybody ? About one month ago, suddenly I could not see the cloud top and cloud base data. Before if I click on a particular location, I would be able to see the height of cloud top and base, ie: Golden Gate Bridge (cloud top 1700ft or cloud base 400ft )
I am using Windows PC with Chrome browser, has anybody run into the same problem?
Thanks.

Hi, if you didn't see cloud base data or cloud top data, it's probably because there were no clouds.
If there is no cloud, there is no cloud top or base. -
@idefix37 Thank you for getting back to me.
I understand that.
The problem is, even if there is cloud when I click on the location, nothing shows up. I have tried it over multiple locations, days & various weather, it is just weird.

What layer do you use when you click on a location to see the top and cloud base? Could you shown a screenshot?
These parameters are not shown in Meteograms.
