Radar bug since many weeks

Since many weeks here like on the picture in Poland Lower Silesia is always shown rain but there is no rain

@mikusfly Unfortunately, this really looks like a bug, however in getting data from radar. So we cannot do much about this. I am sorry about that.

Hi @mikusfly, we take data from IMGW and their show same values in their visualization as well. I have sent them an e-mail regarding this issue
