There are few stations measuring the temperature of the sea surface. You can find them as shown by @Ondřej-Šutera.
But the sea temperature varies very slowly and you can rely on the Sea surface temperature layer. This layer is updated every 6 hours, so it is almost real time that you can compare with the reported temperature at sea for a cross checking.
