No data on a particular point

I am Premium and I get no data at all when I request the details on a particular point. It is a pity because this is why I paid for Premium capabilities (1 hour prediction, extended to 10 days wind prediction ..). I need a turnaround asap, please.
Bug both on my Samsung Android phone and tablet S2 -
@geraldperdreau We are aware of that problem on Android devices and the app should work now. Colleagues are investigating the cause of the whole issue to avoid any other issues in the future.
