New web site

I really do not like the new web site it’s not very functional specially when running the forecast for winds for instance the wind speed desapiades after a few seconds it also waves etc please fix it. I’m very dissatisfied

@starcraft111 Hi, the picker can be kept by manual change of the auto-closing to always on in Windy settings. However, it should stay during the animation without depending on this setup in the new version.

Actually this version is already released in our webapp and iOS, and we have been already preparing Android devices.
