Windy Shop - Shipping to Germany does not work

Each time I want to order something (to Germany) from your shop I get an error message: „ This order can’t be shipped to the address you entered. Review your address to ensure that all fields have been entered correctly and try again.“
However, I entered everything correctly. There seems to be a bug in the shop.
