Annot obtain windy premium, help me getting out of this loop

When I try to get premium I get the message that I already have it (could be) on this email adres. Thwn when I puss the buttom reactivate I get the message “there isn’t found a active abonnement” for this mail account. It is linked with my apple account of which I only have and ever had one!
So please help me out of this loop!
