Wrong Wind data

Hello,
These Screenshots are taken from the SE Coast of spain in the mediterran
If zoomed Out only 3kn are reported
Zoom in and it will Go Up to 13kn.
I find this almost Dangerous.
The colors of the Wind strength seem to be correct.

@mpata Thank you for reporting this, despite the fact I am not able to replicate this. Definitely, the higher value is correct in this case.

Are you still able to replicate the same problem?

It worked for a minute and then inclicked on a Location near Cartagena and it was wrong again.
No it is wrong also around Almeria.

@Ondřej-Šutera the Problem still persists.
If you click in a Location near the greek Island limnos you will get 4 or 5 different Wind Resultat. The closer you Zoom the more Wind it gets.
Starting with 5 knots and zooming Brings you to 17knots.
Happens on Android. The Webversion seems ok

@mpata There are certain cases and it should fix itself with the next update which should be completely same as the web version.

I am also suffering from the same problem. Numeric data on top and displayed wind animation is not matched each other at all. I think that the displayed wind animation may correct.

I strongly wish this bug to be fixed ASAP.

I didnt see your post neither before opening mine just a few minutes ago. Same issue with android / samsung S7 phone : https://community.windy.com/topic/28048/picker-location-is-wrong-on-android-app

Value displayed is actually (and wrongly) the value at the top left screen corner..

Hi,

The issue is not due to the new position of the value displayed by the picker in top left corner. This bug is only shown with the Android app. There are several posts about it. With the iOS app, the value is correct as you can see in my screenshot.
This Android bug should be fixed in the next release.
