Visible radar beam returns

Can someone explain why I see the radar beam echo sometimes? I hope my question is clear. I don't know how to add pictures here from my phone or I would have done it. So sometimes when playing say the last 1 hours I can see the radar station shooting out beams which get progressively broader. I don't understand why I see that at all. -

It can be WiFi sources (RLAN) emitting at a frequency close to that of the radar in the 5 GHz band.
