Windy Samsung Watch - Change City (Wrong Location)

I work for a utility company, and we all use windy as our go-to and official weather app to make the calls we have to. Love the application, it works great on the phone, we each bought the premium for what we do. However, when I but it on the galaxy watch, it shows my location in Rochester, not Buffalo, where my territory is based on. New York, USA is a large footprint, and the weather is drastically different due to the lake effects near Buffalo. The default weather app on the watch also shows Buffalo, so I believe it is a Windy issue. How do I correct this? Thank you.
