My Location is wrong and suspect

For the past several days I've noticed windy showing my location as a residence on E Street SE in Washington, DC when my location has been in the midwest and southeast. I've tried changing the location settings from GPS to IP and back but still get the same. I also used the "find my location" and it will find it but also still show the address in Washington simultaneously.

I even disengaged Location Services for Windy and it still shows the same.

Any thoughts or help, please.
