Unstable in W10

Windy unstable in Windows 10 with Goggle Chrome? Very unstable using the hurricane tracker. Any advice please? Love Windy! Thank You.

@Ondřej-Šutera -yes, the screen flashes between the windy hurricane screen and black and white vertical lines. The flashes are fast and not consistent. Like blinking your eyes. only happens on the hurricane screen. Thank you
