      Hello, I am living in Turkey and ı couldnt figure out which time zone should I consider for utc or this hour?

      I wrote this message at 15.30. Should I consider 15:00 or 12:00 Z

        15:00 is your local time and 12:00 is the UTC time (or Z time)
        So your time zone is UTC + 3.

          @idefix37 I should do my calculations according to the utc time, right? I understand correctly, right?

          If I want to look at 15 o'clock. I have to add 3 on the clock and calculate accordingly, I understand correctly, right?

              No, you don’t need to make any calculation.
              When the timeline shows 18:00 (or 15:00z), the weather shown in the map is the one predicted in your area for 18:00 local time or 18 o’clock if you prefer.
              You were talking about time zone. Turkey is in EEST time zone.

              But in Windy don’t worry about that. Windy gives your local time, the local time of your computer.
