"premium" status not propagating from mobile to desktop

Hey there,
I've bought windy premium lifetime a couple of days ago, however the premium status is not propagating when I'm accessing windy on a desktop computer. I'm logged in with the google account I've used to buy premium, but still the premium features are locked.On the "buy premium" site there is a link to "claim previous premium purchase", but for that you'd need a WINDY#### purchase number, which I don't have, as I bought it on google ans received a GPA#### number instead.

You say that you bought Windy premium lifetime but this is not existing in the Windy.com offer. It is just one year subs or purchase. Are sure you talk about the app of Windy.com ? -

What shall I say: I agree, on the website there was no offer for lifetime premium, but on the android app there was an offer for lifetime premium at first startup (with a 50% discount), so this is what I bought.But you are saying premium lifetime doesn't exist for windy? Or is windy.app different from windy.com?

Yes, Windy.app with a blue logo has nothing to do with Windy.com with a red logo.
So if you subscribed on this app, it does not work Windy website. In AppStore or PlayStore you can find the app of Windy.com, and with it, Premium works with the app and with the website.
BTW in Windy.app it is called Pro, not Premium.
