In weather radar, what system use windy to the real time lighting? Also why there is lighting without rain?

@Matias-Carbajal there are situations where you can see lightening without rain, this is the case for the heat burst for instance, which can happen at the end of life of a cell

@Yves70 hi, here in the north coast of peru, 1h ago there was a lighting in the sea and in motupe (Lambayeque) idk if that is true bc in senamhi (the page that here in peru we use to see where it is raining) the rain does not appear
