Windy Plugins Explanation sounding model lines ECMWF 9km for a better analysis

Is it possible to explain the various lines and especially the sequences of how you work in a good analysis.
Td = Dew point temperature; Te = Temperature; Li = Lifted Index Rel Humidity; isobars; isotherms; dry adiabate; wet adiabate; Saturated adiabate and so on.
