Cancel subscription cancels auto renew

Go to Apple ID media & subscriptions >
Go to subscriptions >
Cancel subscription.
I can still access my Windy. Com premium account for the rest of the year from date paid - even after cancellation.
The website, and app, did not allow me (at this time) to manage my Account subscription to be able to disable auto renew. I think the only way to do it and not be charged without my knowledge is to cancel my subscription in “settings” on my iphone. By the way, not very many questions are answered by the admin in this community chat. -
@TJGregory55 Hi, cancellation process depends on the platform, where you made the purchase. Purchases via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link.
